1. Ships within South Africa only.
  2. The monthly product special must be purchased in the month of the special.
  3. No changes to, or product swops may be made to the product special.
  4. We endeavour to deliver your products within a calendar week and if any delays occur we will contact you to notify you and provide you with a new estimated time of arrival.
  5. Shipping is arranged by Spalicious and handled by their preferred shipping partners.  
  6. Skin Sense, Spalicious and their partners cannot accept responsibility for delays due to inaccurate information provided by the client.
  7. Should their be anything broken or inaccurate with your product/s, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt so we can take the necessary steps to rectify the problem.
